Refuge Retreats - Tommy D Creative

Overview

The Refuge Retreats is a new 55+ housing community in Aberdeen, SD. They are offering upscale living that is going above and beyond what's previously been available in the area.

They teamed up with Tommy D Creative to build their brand. The first step was getting the new logo and brand messaging created. Once that was finished, website, signage and print materials were developed to help identify and collect potential residents. As housing was developed, new photo and video tours were produced along with testimonials from some of the existing tenants.

All of these pieces together have helped make the Refuge Retreats a success and drive high demand to their new housing development.
